Guest Timeline:  We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in, fill out any paper work and prepare for your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time, resulting in a less effective treatment. We will do our very best to accomodate your service in the time remaining at the original cost.

Health Problems and Comfort Level:  Please notify a receptionist before booking if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities.  This will prepare our staff in advance,  so we can provide the best salon service and or spa therapy for you. Do not hesitate to tell us how you are feeling during your service. You comfort and well -being is our upmost concern.

Gratuity: Tipping is graciously accepted for work well done. International tipping guidlines are as follows; 10-15% general range 20-25% expectional service.

Cancellation Policy: Your Pelo Loco Salon & Spa visit is an intensive one-on-one experence. A technician is reserved just for you. We request the courtesy of a 24 hour notice in the event a service appointment needs to be cancelled. A 50% no-show fee will apply in the event advance cancellation notice is not given. Appointments booked sam day of service will be assessed a no-show fee. Depending on the number of your party or amount of services booked a credit card my be required to hold all appointments.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased for a packages, various services or a dollar amount. Gift Certificates are non refundable but for your convenience are transferable. In lieu of 24 hours notice, 50% of the service/package/dollar amount value is due or forfeited.

Spa Experience: We encourage you to unwind while you are at Pelo Loco Salon & Spa. Please maximize your spa experience  by enjoying your time with us, and consider others by kindly silencing cell phones and pagers.

Body Treatment Experence: During body treatments there is no dress code. Please enjoy your treatment with or without clothing, undergarments can be worn if preferred. Professional drapping is performed at all times for your privacy.
